Part time Superintendents - Evenings, Weekends, or part time coverage for a Friday off, or for smaller sites.

Available for few hours in the mornings to run orientations or get trades set up for the day, while you attend important meetings 

Available at end of day, 2pm-5pm for example, to cover your team for important appointments or so you can do school pick up.

Available to cover site start up until you find your perfect match

Full Vacation coverage - can offer 45 hour weeks so you can allow your key team members to take their full, and well deserved, vacations. This package includes your hand over days (where CB management's team job shadows with your team at beginning and end to ensure a seamless handover)

Ensuring sites are managed with an emphasis given to site safety. 

Site inventories and inventory management

Meeting deliveries and confirming with manifests.

​Quality management, ensuring the trades are performing as per industry and your standards. Confirmation of scope and expedited correction of deficiencies.

Keyholder, site unlocking and lock up available. Will go to site at requested time to open gates or to close up and ensure security for the end of day including fence line securing, doors all closed, heaters on, and any other tasks required to maintain the site. A Key Holder report is provided with each service to ensure confirmation of site security. 

You will receive a detailed daily report with images, detailed account of any subcontractor conversations had, and quality control confirmations.
